HWANGE, ZIMBAMBWE
A 32-year-old man, named Boniface Nyambia, raped a teacher by placing her on a tree. He has been arrested and presented before a Hovez Magistrates Court in Zimbabwe.
It is worth mentioning that Bonfas has raped the woman near the truck stop in Zimbabwe's Hwange area and raped her for a period of five consecutive hours.
After accusing the accused of rape several times
He was presented before Magistrate Mrs. Portia Mahalanga-Moyo.
The 32-year-old's plea was not taken though and he was jailed on 30th August.
Prior to this, the prosecution, Mr. Oniyyas Nyaythi told the court that the accused had met the teacher at the bus stop in front of the truck stop in June, when he was waiting for a bus for Victoria Falls.
According to the prosecution, Nyambia had done the drama that he would also go in the same direction as the woman teacher was going on.
It was told that the accused spoke sweetly to the woman and assured her that he is a good person. After some time talking, the accused attacked the woman's neck and then dragged her to the tree behind the bus stop. He raped the woman's feet and raped her for several consecutive hours.
