देश कोई भी हो सुरक्षित तभी समझा जाएगा जब वहां के बच्चे और औरतें सुरक्षित हों। कोई देश कितनी भी तरक्की क्यों न कर ले कितनी भी योजनाएं क्यों न चला ले लेकिन यदि सडकों पर चलने वाली महिला के मन में डर बना हुआ है कि कोई उसके गहने न छीन ले या गलत कमेंन्ट्स न कर दे या अगवा करके बलात्कार न कर दे तो वह देश या प्रदेश असुरक्षित ही कहा जाएगा।
जो सरकार महिलाओं की सुरक्षा को लेकर सजग नहीं है वह ज्यादा दिन तक शासन नहीं कर सकती। एक सरकार के समर्थक से मेरी बात हुई तो उन्होंने मुझसे कहा कि आपको विकास दिखाई क्यों नहीं देता है सडकों का निर्माण हो रहा है , बिजली व्यवस्था भी पटरी पर लौट रही है और बेरोजगारी को भी दूर करने का प्रयास किया जा रहा है फिर आप कैसे कह रहे हैं कि प्रदेश या देश में महिलाएं सुरक्षित नहीं है। मैं खामोश रहा कुछ नहीं बोला।
अगले ही दिन उनकी 20 साल की बेटी शहर किसी काम से जा रही थी तो साथ में वो भी थे। मैने पूछा अरे सर कहाँ की तैयारी है? वो बोले बस बेटी को शहर हास्टल तक पहुँचाने जा रहे हैं।
मैनें कहा तो उनको बस में बैठा दीजिये वो चली जाएंगी आप क्यों परेशान हो रहे हैं? वो बोले अरे नहीं लडकी है अकेले जाना ठीक नहीं है रास्ता भी लम्बा है , माहौल ठीक नहीं है आजकल, इसलिए छोड कर आना ही ठीक होगा।
दरअसल, ये वही महानुभाव हैं जो कल सरकार की बडी बडी तारीफ कर रहे थे और कह रहे थे कि प्रदेश में महिलाओं की सुरक्षा के व्यापक इन्तजाम है लेकिन जब अपनी बेटी की सुरक्षा की बात आई तो खुद उन्होंने कबूल कर लिया कि प्रदेश में महिलाओं की सुरक्षा में अभी बहुत सारी कमियाँ हैं।
सिर्फ़ योजनाओं का निर्माण कर देना ही सरकार का फर्ज नहीं है बल्कि उस योजना पर सरकार की तब तक जिम्मेदारी होनी चाहिए जब तक कि उसका क्रियान्वयन न हो जाए और वह योजना सफल न हो जाए। असफल योजनाओं की समीक्षा करके पुनः नई तैयारी के साथ नई योजना लानी चाहिए और लागू करना चाहिए। ऐसा तब तक होते रहना चाहिए जब तक कि योजना सफल न हो जाए।

A British paedophile who blackmailed more than 100 children to sexual exploitation in different countries of the world, has been convicted of rape and sentenced to 16 years.

Presenting himself as a child, Paul Leighton, 31, has made more than 40 Facebook accounts for trapping Teen Agers in his love trap and receiving their nude photos and videos from them.

Once he had received a picture or video, he blackmailed the concerned children through it and threatened that if it was not considered, then he would have taken all the photos and videos viral between their family, friends and relatives.

He used to do many wrong things with the children in the back of those photos and videos. A teenager raped her niece to please him.

Sometimes, many boys take the girls in their love trap and get their private photos and then blackmail them by threatening to defame them by putting them on social sites. Girls also endure this oppression because they do not want to lose the respect of themselves and their family.

Therefore, it is not easy to stop this crime on social media, but in this case, the girls need to be very careful.
